Board Game Simulator

Python Application

• Conceptualized and built a multiplayer board game simulator for 5+ popular games by building an interface, using front-end library wxPython, which provides a fluid user experience.
• Implemented back-end programming concepts such as data structures, graph theory, and game theory in Python utilizing a model view controller design pattern to monitor 60+ board game rules and alerts.

• Executes an algorithm developed in Python that generates random pairs of participants, with exclusions considered, that results in a continuous chain.
• Utilizes Python libraries to implement a seeding method to re-simulate random generation.
• Includes an email delivery system which accesses an SMTP server to automatically send emails to all participants.

Python Application

• A bot built in Python using Selenium to automate account login and web parsing to automatically book session at a local recreational centre.
• Emails results to account owners using Gmail emailing libraries in Python.

• A pet and owner matchmaking app built in conjuction with the City of Toronto's Animal Services.
• Takes user provided information to match with and help get in contact with an adoptable pet.
• Uses a Laravel-based REST API that the app can interact with through CRUD operations.
• A web-app also allows users to login in on their desktop.

Medical Clinic Website

Web Application

• Created a responsive landing page, based on the clinic’s specifications, by using client-side programming technologies such as Bootstrap, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to achieve the desired aesthetic.
• Assembled a MySQL database which stores booking data for 300+ users, as well as an email delivery system using PHP.
• Programmed an appointment booking form which executes server-side functions when submitted, such as inputting 20+ data points into the database and sending a post request to access the PHP API.

• Designed and built control mechanisms for 10+ parts in a Baja Race car such as the steering wheel and braking system using SolidWorks.
• Designed a mechanism that follows BAJA SAE competition rules and efficiently mounts a throttle cable to the engine.
• Constructed 10+ car parts in a machine shop using various metal and wood working tools such as bandsaws and milling machines.

• Designed training modules using Adobe Captivate by conducting research and coordinating with a team of 4 engineers.
• Worked on AutoCAD detailed design, drafting, and calculation of safety analysis for the signal systems of 3+ transportation agencies.
• Retrieved and organized 2000+ data points from databases and assisted team leads with the preparation of technical documents and presentation materials.

• Developed a desktop interface using wxPython which reduced the time taken to analyze the production data of radio frequency modules by over 80% while also displaying graphs and creating a CSV file of the compiled data.
• Constructed an interactive settings menu which allows engineers to seamlessly start testing for newly added modules by adjusting 15+ options for preferences such as data input, analysis, and output.
• Prepared and presented proposals to a team of 10 engineers consisting of various disciplines which resulted in an over 90% increase in the detection speed of production issues.

• Produced a data driven testing solution in automating tasks such as employee details generation (salary, asset date), validation and modification of user input received from employee info data which reduced labour time by over 50%.
